Breeding Center

I suggest we allow breeding. I noticed a lot of people have compatible pokemon (like people having several dragon pokemon) . Also, it could be done so that usually it only results in a normal pokemon but there is a small chance of a special being born (like 10% chance for shiny, 5% or so for other special kinds).
